Warm Tip: Initial Installation Issues

If you encounter problems during the first installation, try cleaning the suction cup and drying it with a hair dryer. Test it on a smooth glass surface. If it adheres properly, your initial wall surface may not be suitable for the suction cup. Consider changing your installation location or using the included 3M Adhesive Mounting Discs.

Important Note on Suction

Suction will not work over grout lines or on porous surfaces such as wood, unfinished marble, granite, porcelain, wallpaper, natural stones (like travertines), painted walls, or any bumpy surface. Please ensure the surface you choose is smooth and nonslip before installing.

For rough or concave convex surfaces, use the 3M Adhesive Mounting Discs provided in the package to help secure your suction shower basket.
